Tyhee does not consume much oil even when drilling. The largest uses are to generate heat and electricity for the camp complex. They have installed a smaller Volvo generator that can supply all the camps needs, and don't need the larger one at all at present. When they were also running an air system and drilling / tunneling into the Ormsby decline, their fuel use would have been much higher.
That's why their 900,000 L stockpile is still much closer to full than empty. Until they have mining operations going, with huge electrical and heat demands, they won't need much fuel.
Locking in at this stage is not needed. This winter, their resupply needs will be scant, but maybe the'll move some camp equipment and machines during the winter haul season. There will be a lot of rock moving and blasting to be done to rough in the camp and mine sites, but that's more than 18 months away.
I bet they'll have nearly nil operations on the winter road this season.
The focus will be on Prefeas and design work.
