If, as you say, they are working to preserve US supremacy in the markets and the economy, and to win the election.........well, I don't need to spell out the unravelling facts here----they aren't doing their job. Today's market action may be just the last straw politically, and they have therefore failed to win the election. Look at the polls, the people are scared and economics are now the number one issue.
