You are correct that you cannot force someone to accept more credit, but will you refuse to cash a government stimulus check? Will you run the other way when helicopters fly over your town dropping $100 dollar bills out the side door. It is by this means that they feel they can overrun deflation. I suspect they are correct but who knows.
