Bank Failures - Alpharetta, Ga.

Another bank failed today.. see attached.. Seems to be a small one with exposure less than a billion.. Interesting to notice that this is the 3rd bank failure this year in Alpharetta, Ga. which is extremely odd.. Anyone know why this would be the case?
