LD,
I wish I had not been wrong about Con Mine. I wish Con had gotten its money from public markets instead of from Cominco.
Why?
I was just looking for some possible precedence for success of a Yellowknife (or any other) junior going into production during an economic depression by using public market money. That's all.
Does anyone know how many juniors did build a depression era mine with public market money?
'Cause the alternative precedence could mean that a takeover may be more likely.
I've sort of asked this question before, to JP and Webb. Nobody's got an answer. JP just repeats, Homestake, Homestake, Homestake. Webb says that good info is not so available.
Damn,
