I remember checking this one out a long time ago. Some things just don't add up to any promise. Their own releases say that there were several previous drills on the property, but they have no results for any of them. They admit Newmont once had the property but gave up on it. They promote an exploratory shaft that was once dug to follow up on a gold showing. But it's just that, not an abandonned mine. A tunnel that someone probably (when they gave up the dream) abandonned for the right reasons.

One wonders why a management would waste their time and energy on so little promise. That in itself is a red flag.

In short, this company has nothing. Certainly nothing worth their market cap. Maybe if we wait they'll go bankrupt and let the claims lapse.
