Has anyone actually found a reason to invest in VGC?

I looked pretty hard last month and couldn't find one.

They'll probably go bankrupt, and we can always re-stake their possibly worthless ground.

It's all crown land (as far as I know) so we don't have to buy it for access purposes between properties.

Why bother paying anything for it?
