Message: Tyhee one-two punch

I've been thinking about a problem of success at Tyhee. If the results at clan start to look like there will be a larger deposit there than at the Ormsby site, there are a couple of decision points that will have to be made soon. One option would be to proceed with the 3000 tpd mill at ormsby, to process Ormsby and Nic Lake, as well as what lies beneath and what other deposits may emerge in that area, and then have revenues. Continue exploration and drilling off of Clan and Goodwin, taking a few years to plan a larger mill at Clan Lake. This would give Tyhee revenues, become a producer, and have the second, larger (8000 tpd) mill come on line say 5 years later than Ormsby. IN that way, there would be real growth, from an initial 160,000 oz/year, to over 600,000 oz per year!

The other option, which I don't like, is to put off a mill at Ormsby, and consider loacting it at Clan Lake due to possibly better deposit there. If that were to happen, it would put off any earnings, even if it would be more efficient over the longer term.

My bet is on going ahead with the plan for a small initial production of 3000tpd at Ormsby, and later expansion at Clan Lake.

Any thoughts?
