IF Tyhee management feels that the U.S. Comex price is substantially below reality they could take some of their money, buy a few Comex gold contracts, and take delivery. Indeed I would recommend it to all the miners.

Odds are quite good that they would make a profit on the trade and help to end the paper traders domination of the markets. I believe this would be in harmony with Antal Fekete's approach to "trading the basis."

If the price of gold becomes absurdly low, rather than produce gold miners should buy gold from the warehouses. Then when the price adjusts they can sell for a profit and begin producing again. The trick to this approach is to have a reasonable cash balance at all times so as to not be under pressure to those they borrow from but rather to control their destiny to a larger extent.
