OK, so we have 183.9 million shares; more than 1.8 million oz, M & I; $5.25 Million cash.
In earlier times of decently positive gold trends, at current or near current POG, and at that time comparable energy/extraction costs, numbers like $50- $100 per oz in the ground were considered respectable. So at $50/oz, we have 1.8 million oz times $50 per oz plus $5.25 million cash = market value of $95.25 million. Divided by 183.9 million shares gives 51.8 cents per share. At $100 per oz, it's $1.007, so say between 50 cents and a dollar is a "fair" price, today.
But we all want to wait for higher M&I numbers, plus the very nonlinear kicker that incrementally higher POG gives to shares. A 50% higher POG might result in a 2.5 to 3 times higher buyout value. Etc., etc., etc. The message is, patience grasshopper.
