I guess he also see Tyhee has potential for being taken over. I remember JP talked about this. Also Webb is still buying and averaging down his positions.

Who would benefit from taking over Tyhee ?

PS: I notice NovaGold is in the Canada area too but they themselves are in trouble... their price has tanked to acquisition levels too.
