Net flow of foreign investment out of the U.S. was mentioned as being a factor on B.N.N. this morning. Does anyone know who measures this, and where it might be posted? It seems to be a key thing to keep an eye on, because if it accelerates, then Schiff is right and the U.S. government will never be able to borrow the trillions of dollars to re-invest. I'd appreciate anyone's insight into this.
