Good to hear form you!

Those are very real concerns.

About the odds of successfully starting a mine: If the deposit is good enough, then sooner or later there will be a mine. The question is whether Tyhee will be the one to successfully pull it off, and whether or not the economic timing is right.

About minefinders, I would caution patience, although I admit I don't know the company well. A few years ago I was invested in Capstone. They had just put a new mine into operation. Everything about the operation was successful, they were producing ore on schedule, but the price did not pop. The management did a few things without explaining the reasons to us shareholders. I decided something was just not right, and sold. Sure enough, 6 months later, the SP was way up.

I think a lot of the savvy investors go short or hesitate to invest in new projects, because odds are always against things going right and being done exactly on schedule. They are playing a successful stock for short term bad news, regardless of how well the stock will do long term. If you're long, and things are basically going right, be patient. The shorts will get worked out because long term they will get burned, and hesitant buyers won't argue with success. Maybe JP did say that about SP popping, but I've seen a lot of mines where there was very little reaction to success. At least immediate reaction when they went into production.
