T.Roweprice is pretty good. The trade costs are high ($20 if you rarely trade or $13 if you trade at least 10 stocks per year, I think.) But, you don't have to place a call to a broker for a TSX trade the way you do at TD Ameritrade or Scottrade. Those two brokers will simply not allow you to trade the TSX online. In fact, I was unable to buy Paladin via Scottrade, since it is an Aussie stock.

Does Schwab allow Americans to trade the TSX online? Cost? Anyone? What about Fidelity? Cost?
