There are several recent notes to file, which I can't open. The summaries include:

Note to File for the Yellowknife Gold Project that summarizes a January 22, 2009 phone conversation between Review Board staff and a Tyhee NWT Corporation representative in response to a recent press release for Tyhee’s Yellowknife Gold Project about the Goodwin and Clan ore bodies.

This letter from Tyhee NWT Corp. clarifies the Developer's position on a January 22nd press release that indicated Tyhee added two new ore bodies (Goodwin and Clan) to the Yellowknife Gold Project.

Taken together, they paint a picture of communications between TDC and MVLWB in regard to the added tonnes to be mined from the Clan Lake resource. This relates to my questions to D W on tonnage. But what is important is that if it is so important that the new ounces / tonnes of ore are somehow incorporated with the EA process, that this process is actualy moving to a more advanced stage. After all, if things were still very preliminary, adding tonnage would seem less of a concern.

Things are moving along. But lets sleuth out the documents that confirm exactly where we are. WE are one step behind the TDC board, as they can't release such information until certain benchmarks are achieved. But we investors can watch our investment closely in the public domain and see, as I do, that things are moving along nicely.
