I agree with you. Most of us who value TDC are keeping our bids low to pick up more at this level so as to not move the price higher as we build position. There are still sellers at this level so we can either be patient and shake out the weak hands at a low valuation while we build our position or bid the price up by matching the higher offers. The latter method would transfer fewer shares to us and the price would eventually collapse to the true market price once the buying pressure subsides. That price may or may not be above today's level. We will know when the move up has legs.

I am doing this with a few other small cap stocks with some success. Mkt psychology never changes only the people with wishful thinking.
