In response to my email relating to use of graphic visualizations for IR, DW Wrote:

"I saw you emails. They basically reiterate what you told me when you were here in the office. We have used 3D visualization in the past. They have never been appropriate. We may put a few up on the website, but with our AGM materials being worked on, presentation details for the PDAC, including a presentation I’ll be giving in the Investor Forum, responding to the MVLWB on their draft Terms of Reference (required by February 20th), reworking some of these non-technical presentations are not on the top of our list of projects right now. We have several 3D visualizations. None are appropriate right now. We’ll revise our website and post something as we obtain materials worth posting. Dave"

1. This confirms to me that the focus of the company is the process of writing the DAR. The Feb 20 deadline for comments on the TOR sets the stage for the writing of the DAR, and establishes that submitting the DAR is the next key benchmark. As there has been 4 months of slipage from the timelines in the presentation i posted, we can hope to see this submission in Sept. THEREFORE, that they are working on the DAR for a Sept or Oct delivery may be in the upcoming news release.

2. That DW says he will put some graphics on the company website, when something worth posting comes in, is nice to hear. "comes in" would probably mean from consultants working on the mine design, I would think. Would be nice to see all the very old pages updated, as stale pages are unpleasant to look at. They don't convey a sense of thoroughness which we hope to see as investors.

3. Presentation to the investor forum at the PDAC. From what I saw at the CH conference in vancouver, there is a lot of investor interest in these forums, as there was standing room only in the ones I attended. Also, those who attend many, or are astute, will see the value tyhee has fare in excess of what most juniors possess. This makes me excited about the post-PDAC improvement in Tyhee-awareness. However, it may mean tha the news release I expected today or this Thursday may not be until next Tuesday. Depends on the timing. Whatever presentation DW gives should have updated information associated with this news release , and my be posted on Tyhee's website soon after.

4. Working on AGM materials. This is that corporate stuff, you'll get your package in the mail. Remember to vote your shares or proxy them, and help with this house-keeping.

Today was that soft day we've been expecting in Gold, and BB doing his usual tricks to prop up the DOW as he speaks/ push down gold. I am optimistic that Obama may get wind of what the Fed is having their banks doing regarding shorting gold at strategic times. I hope someone emails or puts the question to him, gets it through to President Obama that such market manipulation flies in the face of the ethics and openness that he is striving for in his administartion. In fact, I'll bring it up with him if I ever cross paths with him. You never know when he will tour Winnipeg, after all.
