"The problem with this idea is the unnecessary share dilution that happens if we're hovering around a share price that is lower than it should be and we have to re-finance."

I agree with you 100% but, short-term, time is on our side and a low SP while we pick up shares would be in our interest. I hope we do not need to go to the mkt for some time.

I tried an experiment this morning and took out all the remaining offers at .175 at that time so that the next offer was at .18. I wanted to see if the SP was supported at this level by Tyhee investors and would it be taken to a higher price. At the end of the day, TDC closed at .18 and had bids at .175. This is favourable spread even with low volume and no new significant info.

On the other hand, I still believe that a quiet build of position at these prices, if we can, is good for our bottom line as I assume we all would like more shares. Still, I was hoping that TDC was headed down to the 50ma before continuing higher.

As to the "hype" comments on this board by some , I think we are all excited for the company and our expectations show it. It is harmless and will not have an affect upon the new investors we need who are true strong hands that will not day trade or bail at the slightest blink. Informed investors doing DD will not be especially swayed by the board. Keep posting as we will likely form our own opinions anyway.

As to the SP, the third try at $1000 should propell us to a much higher POG. I know of a few PM investors who are waitng until that time and will pick up the juniors as they thin out their majors. They do not have any TDC shares now as the reward is not there for the risk at this time. It is on their list though, when that milestone is reached.

Cheers

Woodstock
