I suspect if this level of 'requirement' were applied to any voluntary industry, it would shut down. It appears that not only do Democrats (all the signers are -D) want to redistribute wealth from from productive society to unprodutice society, they want to put productive society out of business. I am amazed that some of these poeple can tie their own shoes.

Perhaps in a few years the only region of the world where mining will be tolerated is China.
