No longer a need to use the email version, as this forum is well again.

I have only four points this time:

1. I have asked DW for an analysis to demonstrate that Tyhee is increasing shareholder value in adding OUNCER per SHARE, rather than just adding ounces while shareholder value plunges due to dillution (as per JP comments this week). My own calculation is that shares/ounce has improved from 115 shares/ounce to abut 88 shares per ounce in the last 15 months, PLUS progress on financing and on permitting, so DEFINATELY adding shareholder value. But I hope DW provides something more scientific, which I will share.

2. As I have posted, DW buying many more shares lately is very positive, and features into my personal decision to increase my stake in Tyhee drastically before the PF is released.

3. Here is DW's reply to my questions about the comparision of Romarco to Tyhee.

Quote from DW:

I recall looking at Romarco when they announced their FS. I looked at the Carolina Slate Belt back in the 1980's when Cominco was working here. Bob Ganicott (Harry Winston Diamonds) then at Cominco, was trying some geochemical technics that we were comparing to my work at the Con Mine.

Interesting project with good potential. Previous attempts to keep the grade up ran into continuity issues. The bulk mining option is a great alternative, and yes, it does sound familiar.

An examination of their share price shows what can happen when projects move forward, meet milestones, and demonstrate production potential at the end.

The only significant difference between a PF and F study is degree of detail and allowable range in estimates. There is no requirement that one has to complete a F study before production, and in many circumstances, if a PF study is robust enough one skips the F study.

4. when will the PF be released:

Quote from DW:

I'm lookinig at a number of companies when I have time, but as we approach our AGM, work on the financing and PF and DAR it gets really busy.

Our PF sudy is being worked on right now, so timetables are in a bit of flux. We're aiming for late this year, however experience tells us that if you have a large group of experts working on a project, and if things are not completed by mid December it's best to add one to two months to the schedule.

Dave

For me, that means start looking for the PF in January 2010, or by the time Canada starts piling up the Gold Medals in the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver!

Also note, with regard to the Permti / EA process, Jan 2010 is about when I would hope to see that we would be getting near the "pre-hearing conference" with Tyhee having responded to MVEIRB on Information Requests / Technical Comments. In other words, the PF comes out just in time for the public hearings I anticipate to occur in March 2010. That's the time for the biggest increase in awareness of the project becoming a reality on all levels: Financing, Permitting, Geolgoy, engineering and my personal stake being maximized.
