Well, so far you all seem to think it would not be timely, but a good idea down the road.

My point is that if such a call comes in to DW, he will have a take it or lose it situation, as if Tyhee does not take up the claims, they will wind up in other hands.

SO the real question I am asking is that if that call comes in, should Tyhee take it up at that moment, or allow the opportunity to move on to another buyer. My assumption is that Viking will soon be in such a desparate situation that they have to sell out to someone.

The option that you all have mentioned of not taking up the opportunity assumes that it woould lay around until Tyhee is in a better postion to invest in the claims. My view is that that opportunity would be lost.

In any case, it's all speculation.
