3 new documents on MVEIRB website, may explain where DW was last week. Looks like some delays are involved here, refer to the Final Workplan (22 May). Closure of public record now scheduled for Nov 2010, but that includes some "if required" rounds of Information Requests, so I think that there won't be this much slippage.

So this is a setback for our timelines, to be sure.

I would expect next week to be voliatile, and there to be a compnay news release about this. It may have some positives, as it could represent progress through the regulatory hurdles, as per the "complete" entries in the start-up and scoping phases in the Target Schedule table Part 6 (page 11).

I've got to read these 3 in more details, but it's got pros and cons. Progress but more time targets slipping to the right. I think it was a bit of a surprise to DW, and may affect the plan for 2009.

Cudos to the posters in Stockhouse for checking on the MVEIRB site, I have not looked at it for a few weeks.
