Dave,

After reading and thinking about it, I am hopeful that this Final Workplan represents progress as it gives you what you need to get on with the DAR.

I do have some questions which I hope will be answered in press releases or directly, relating to the Work Plan and how useful it is as a guide (for benchmarks), specifically:

1. Is it true that Tyhee is free to (and striving to) deliver the DAR before Jan 2010? Is it true that such would move the timelines left?

2. There is a comment that the target completion dates "will be updated throughout the environmental assessment process as necessary". Have there been many recent cases where these updates moved completion dates to the left, or do they tend to telescope to the right? and

3. Given the current stage and progress of the project, and the MVLRB & DFO process beyond the MVEIRB DAR review, is it true that "pre-construction activities" are unlikely to be undertaken in time for the 2010-2011 winter road season? - or is there still a very real possibility of starting to build a mine in 2011?
