Rugers44 never replied to my post asking him to substantiate his claims against Tyhee and Dr. Webb.
Here are a few choice accusations that were posted by Rugers44,
(His original post was removed.)
1. Dr. Webb is "taking over 300000.00 dollars per year out of Tyhee."
2. “Tyhee shows no more gold then was known in 2001.”
3. “He [Dr. Webb] has already inflated one company to a reverse split and is working hard on the second.”
4. “Other officers of TYhee sell all their shares as soon as they are granted…”
Dave was amazed to see this posted on Agoracom and provided me with the following information:
In Tyhee's Information Circular (http://tyhee.com/corporate/Tyhee%20-%20Information%20Circular%20for%20May%207%202009%20AGM.pdf ) which is posted on its website, and mailed to all shareholders states:

Dave said that he could only wish that he made over CAN$200,000 per year let alone $300,000. The other compensation by the way is an advance net smelter royalty payment, made by virtue of me owning 100% of Nicholas Lake prior to vending it to Tyhee. It has nothing to do with employment.
Tyhee purchased the Nicholas Lake and Discovery properties in 2001. The Nicholas Lake resource at the time looked like this:
Tyhee's total M&I Resource as reported in 2001 was 402,750 ounces plus 305,300 inferred.
There was another resource on the Discovery Property near the Bruce Lake Zone that we no longer discuss as we are not certain it can be mined. It hasn’t gone away and still sits on the property, however using NI 43-101 standards it should not now be reported. It exists as stope and vein extensions at the old Discovery Mine site.
Dave Webb was involved with Mongolia Gold Resources Ltd. which developed a gold mine in Mongolia. The mine was expropriated by the Mongolian Government in 2007 by virtue of the imposition of a 28% NSR (gross revenue tax) in contravention of the four year tax-free status from commercial production they had agreed to in 1994. The confiscation of 28% of the revenue killed the project. Mongolia Gold was indeed consolidated after its sole asset was taken, however the company was not inflated to a reverse split.
Rugers44 also wrote,"Other officers of Tyhee sell their shares as soon as they are granted. "
Dave said that no one has ever been granted shares. All shares are purchased. No officer has made a significant sale of shares in years. A search of www.sedi.ca shows:
Lorne Anderson, CFO: since May 2005 has purchased 581,000 shares and sold 65,000 shares for a NET BUY OF 516,000 shares.
Cory Kent, Secretary Treasurer since April 2005 has purchased 23,427 shares and sold 500 shares for a NET BUY OF 22,937 shares
Roger Sylvestre, Exec VP since July 2003 has purchased 284,200 shares and sold 85,000 shares for a NET BUY OF 199,200 shares
Dave Webb, President & CEO since June 2003 has purchased 1,200,381 shares and sold 160,500 shares for a NET BUY OF 1,039,881 shares.
And finally, Dave said that the officers of Tyhee have PURCHASED over 2.0 million shares and cumulatively have sold a total of about 300,000 shares.
Cheers,
Baires
