Nothing that I could say with certainty.

I think Sinclairs countdown of days (if you follow his website) would take us to early November. His expression is not hat it will happen then , but rather it will happen by then.

Neither did he specifically state a "bank holiday" just that major adjustments in currency would take place by then.
