Juniors thrive at the very beginning and very end of PM bull markets. This bull was "hollowed out" in the middle by the credit crisis. Tyhee did well to get financing, albeit less than hoped, at a greater dilution than planned due to weak SP. Gotta get to the finish line while progressing with feasibility, permitting, etc.
