I do not understand why you would not agree with a stock option now?

The Directors and employees have no doubt been very busy behind the scenes, at reduces salaries and reduced paydays, just to stay the course.

Are they to be shunned? They are the ones who will make this company work.

It is indeed a time for financial frugality but letting your team know that there efforts are recognized, albeit at less options than they would see under ordinary times, I think is important.
