Keep in mind that I probably have more shares than most on this site. Been a long term investor (4 years). I've cost average over time so I'm not under water as some would think.... However, my complaints or reasons not to invest is simple.

1. Management hardley if ever does what they say they are going to do. Meaning they have changed direction so many times over the years. Nothing they promise is done on time. Granted the last year has been tough but other miners have done better. I don't know why people think DW knows what he is doing but clearly if he did the SP would be much higher than what it is compared to other related miners.

2. The fact that the share price continues to fall is reason enough not to invest. There are better plays. Shares increase and price does not.
