Would you consider "payment" for touting or trashing Tyhee might come in the form of a rise or fall of Tyhee's share price that results from someone consistently, relentlessly posting false or misleading information (negative or positive) about Tyhee, thus benefiting from a possible lower or higher stock price?

Do we know of any such person(s)?

And if so, is this person violating any laws?
