A couple of news articles may be of interest to those who would like to see a windfall for tyhee shareholders. The issue is infrastructure supporiting mineral exploration, mining etc in the Yellowknife area. The first article discusses the initiative of the president of the YK Chamber of Commerce for a conference coming to YK in Octobre.

The second article is by The Minister of Industry, Tourism and Invstment (NWT). It mentions Tyhee Yellowknife Gold Project among other projects that need infrastructure support.

What's missing? A huge announcement of federal government funding (stimulus?) for a permanent road going north from Yellowknife, supporting mineral exploration, mine (Tyhee) and other investments in the coming years.
I believe that Tyhee will have a voice here. Not only because Dave Webb is on the NWT or YK chamber of commerce, but because local industry/business interests want these projects to go ahead.
This is just one of many irons in the fire for us Tyhee investors. We all knew that August would be a bummer, and a good time for a holiday. I wish I had cash to invest, but it's still months away before I can buy more shares. Sept will see gold price break the $1000 level. Great for our sector. Sept or Oct will see a news release on re-assay for some old cores. Perhaps in Nov or so there could be an update on the resource.
We may also see some other unexpected news, or more analysts ratings. Or just more small positives, like watching keyinvestors start buying up Tyhee shares. Or volume picking up and breaking the back of weak hands selling / capitulating. When the price starts to rise, I bet many will holdl on that much tighter so see if we can get back to the $100,000,000 market cap. That would now take about 50 cents a share.
Imagine May 2010, with market cap back in the 100 million, with a DAR in hand and being evaluated by MVEIRB, with a share price above 50 cents, with a succesful 2010 private placment, with a gold price NORTH of $1200, with an expanded updated reserve, with deals made on electricity, with infrastruture windfal in the pipe. With investors awarea and excited about this success story. We could be in for some awesome days.
