Does McHugh have a time target for gold at $1,325ish and $525ish HUI?

Hoye, Precheter, Tice and others (NOT Puplava) see the a major sell-off this Fall (S&P to 500ish).

Is McHugh factoring in how much this anticipated general liquidation will impact his predictions?
