No, it is not based on good evidence.
That is why I placed the IMO bold and underlined right up front.
But I watch the markets quite closely from time to time and am aware of the things that can be done to suppress or reduce the stock price if the market maker or someone working through him wishes to do so.
To my mind it is clear Tyhee is being suppressed; but I can offer no proof better than to say watch the trading, note the times of day things happen.
It is just like watching gold on the Kitco charts that come up with precious metals price tray tool they made available about a year or two ago. You can call up the intraday charts with it and they are large enough to see the individual "sells" which create a nice solid down- spike that no trader who wanted to get out of a position and make money would ever cause.
