My best guess is that Webb hopes the new resource estimate this year and other news will lift the SP enough to lessen the pain of dilution when he'll soon need cash to burn on one, two or three drills at Clan this winter.

Another of my best guesses is the it'll be this January when Tyhee announces a Private Placement.
