I think, that the likely candidates to comprise our proposed new ETF, symbol ELP (Explorers-on-the-launchpad) will be those companies with a hefty resource and a robust bankable economic study to be delivered by early 2010. Do these explorers that you're suggesting have that:

Moneta Porcupine, Rye Patch Gold, Silvermex Resources, Freewest Resources?
