More Drilling: A Wast of Money, or A Taste of Honey? What If Tyhee Fails?

posted on Nov 16, 2009 06:30AM

GWTW is Correct:

More resources makes for easier, better financing.

But, we should also keep in mind that TYHEE COULD FAIL.

For whatever reason, it could fail to go it alone into production. So, if that unthinkable event ocurrs, whoever might acquire Tyhee will most likely have to pay more for it if Tyhee's drill program has added more resources.

Remember, Blue Sky potential is also an important factor in establishing a buyout price.

Simply stated, Tyhee must continue adding value by adding to its resources regardless of whether it's primary avowed goal is to become a mining operation on its own. And, although drilling is costly, it's necessary to do, even as it may divert money away from production progress. Tyhee's failure is not an option, but it could still happen.
