On FSN last week, Dave Webb specifically mentioned that Tyhee's financing will come from the United States. He even identified the bank as being located in "Missouri".

I don't think Mr. Sprott is limited in banking/financing contacts to within Canada proper. Anyway, it's a global world, especially where money is concerned. I just can't see Sprott acquiring 14+% of a company with insufficient cash to proceed unless he knew a way to make it happen.
