Pman,

I see your point, but I do not believe it is price capping. I think Scotia had a price target to exit some of their position, and it was met. In short, bad judgement IMO.

Just my thoughts - no proof. But I think it unlikely they have decided to get in front of an accelerating train to try and slow it.
