Not to oversimplify, but...

1) If the PFS and or FS show it is economical to mine at POG in the range of $1000 - $1200 per oz (hard to imagine anything to the contrary)2) With 2,000,000+ ounces to mine, and growing (and rising up the certainty scale from resource to reserves)3) If POG doesn't crash 4) If there are any banks/financial entities willing to lend Then it seems absurd to value Tyhee at less than $200 Million market cap under any circumstances - that's a buck a share.Chris' comment about making believe TDC went private and forgetting about it for a while is on point, IMO. It's like Einstein is the embryo just conceived - check back in 9 months.Strike
