I just saw it so my apologies if it's a repeat post.

What stuck out to me is that Webb states:

“Because of that, there have been inquiries. So we are looking at possible partnerships, alternative means of financing, and some other interesting things.”

Isn't this the first time we've heard mention of partnerships, etc?
