(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
From a June 2006 private placment, Mineralfields bought 5,500,000 shares at $0.30 for a total of. $1,650,000. These came with warrants at $.45 for 18 months. See press release. At that time, as in this time, Limited Market Dealer got the 7% commission.

So what? OK, now look at TDC share performance immedately after the deal...
As 8 Barker pointed out, if they get in the black by say 50%, they can liquidate it and pay out their investors, everybody there wins. But wold that be a flood of shares at say 30 or 40 cents this time around? It could put a bit of a drag on share price, but I think it helps promote liquidity and a rising trend for Tyhee. The drilling this winter has such great impact on our 2010 prospects. I am very happy, and will be one of those still buying tyhee all the way up through a dollar. I'm not so sure I would invest with mineralfields, however, as I don't understand the income tax credit strategy that well. I think that I'll ask DW or some other knowledgeable person about it, because I'm a amall investor who normally would not be able to get into flow through shares / a private placement. Do these guys have a winning, legal formula? maybe.
They certainly appear to have had good luck with Tyhee back in 2006, so when DW says in the PR today "We are very pleased to be renewing our relationship with MineralFields Group", said Dave R. Webb, President & CEO. "This is an important milestone in the growth of Tyhee and we look forward to working with MineralFields Group as we develop our Yellowknife Gold Project." It makes sense, and may well indicate as others here have said, that subsequent deals are already in the works to finance the mine. It makes me anticipate quick SP appreciation through 30 cents, as t
hose who really know the impact of this may be taking notice and getting on board.
Just look at June 2006...
