(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
This is my first posting after following your interesting discussion forum on Agoracom for over six months. During that time, I have kept my thoughts to myself because I believe you and some of the fine other participants in the forum have far better insights into Tyhee than I do. I had hoped to reserve my comments until such time as I could add a comment that might actually be worth something to the group. Unfortunately, this post is more of a question and an observation than anything most of you would find useful.
First, the observation: I believe that nearly all of the participants in the forum are trying their best to engage in a constructive dialog to help each other increase their understanding of the opportunity for Tyhee. I was therefore distressed when I read this morning a "criticism" of Mr. Baires as a one percenter. My observation of over six months of discussion is that Mr. Baires has consistently provided some of the best objective analysis of both the opportunity and challenges that we face as shareholders of Tyhee. The forum would be far less useful without his excellent participation.
Second, the question: Why would it matter whether Mr. Baires holds one percent or more of the stock of Tyhee or not? Why would that be a negative? Wouldn't that just make him "invested" in wanting to keep up with what is going on? Full disclosure: I do own more than one percent of Tyhee, and I have paid more than 60 cents per share for some of it, and less than 20 cents per share for some of it, and at current prices I am still well underwater. I continue to have an optimistic view with realistic concerns, and I am hopeful that we will see substantially higher prices.
Finally, the notion of a "one percenter" is relative. It is far more relevant to observe the percentage of one's net worth one has invested in Tyhee than the percentage of the company he or she owns. And none of us are going to reveal that.
I would like to thank all of you for your continuing interesting and informative posts, as I truly have learned a lot about the company from the discussion.
