Any downside to a reverse split, say 1:5? That would reduce the # of shares to ~40 Million, and bring the SP to a buck. Although in the end market cap is all that matters of course, there is an emotional stigma attached to large share counts, and penny stocks don't get the respect of dollar stocks. Comments please.
