I can't understand why Tyhee's stock price keeps declining? The last couple of days, I have put buy orders even for a higher amount of what is being asked and my orders have gone unfilled??
I spoke to my broker when a similar thing happened to me on a similar "penny stock" not Tyhee.
He said as best he could say it without saying it, "Deal with it."
The penny stocks are not held to the same market standards as the other stocks which are higher priced and command more volume. The market maker fills or doesn't fill orders pretty much at his discretion. Though you are seeing sells at less than you have offered it may be the market maker who is doing the purchasing. He works the stock price down by not filling any "buy" orders; while he himself is buying the sells. Once that has been milked for all its worth he will start filling the "buy" orders from his own inventory purchased for the lower prices he engineered. Fair, NO! Will it change, NO!
If you truly wish the shares hang in there and they will likely come your way, perhaps even at a slight discount to your offer.
In my case this went on for days. Since I was planning on trading this stock I decided against "working the stock" on account of the "excess liberties" being taken by this particular market maker. I cancelled my order.
