When the last trade was at .225, the bid was .225 and the ask .245 for quite a while - almost a 10% spread. My point is how unlikely you would have filled your order at .225; you may not have got any shares at that price. As long as the total value traded through 2:07 EST is only $76K, the stock will remain illiquid and total fills at the bid will be hard to come by.
