It is my understanding that Tyhee's ability to drill, at any time it wishes, depends on accessibly to the drill site and the degree to which that drilling might harm the environment.
So, without those concerns, that drilling could be year-round, provided Tyhee's got the financing to run it, $500K-$800K per month/drill.
When it comes to Clan Lake, due to the above concerns, drilling there, this year, should begin as soon as the ice roads are thick enough (~36"deep) to support heavier transports. That should be soon. Sometime in March/April, drills there, aside from those not harming the environment, may need to be withdrawn.
From fresh drill cores to assay results, it takes about 6-8 weeks or longer.
