Tyhee has announced -see TSX- closing of a private placement following the news release dated February 16, 2010

A total of 4830000 shares will be issued at 18cts/share Plus 2415000 warrants exercisable at 25cts before July 15, 2011.
6 holders have agreed to participate (including 5 insiders).
The total received is $ 869400
This is far less that what was expected, but better to get some money now.
This explains the pressure on the SP.
Tyhee would, hopefully be able to hold with the cash until release of drilling results and the PFS.
The sharks are still playing with Tyhee!!!!
