The news is good if you plan to buy more shares.
It would have been a lot more raised, if those warrants were in teh money. When the offering was made, those warrants were at what, 22 cents? Closing at 18 cents means they were not very profitable to exercise, so it was not well subscribed.
The rest of those that would have subscribed aught to be available to do this again when the share pride is better than 22 or 24 cents. As we'll have drill results coming soon, and other news in the next 4 months, the real issus is will Tyhee have enough cash (not tied to exploration / flow through) to get to August?
Yes, they will. But not much more than that.
So this news won't move our share price up.
However, if any of this nonsense with CORMARK had anything to do with somone trying to hammer us down during this offering, then I think that they'll stop dumping those 500-share lots tomorrow.
