TYHJF (pink sheet) closed with little volume at .1705

TDC.V closed with 750K+ volume at .20

Since all this happened close to the close of trading the arbitrage trade to balance the two markets apparently did not take place or perhaps the difference was not great enough to trigger it.

When a similar price difference happened between KBX and KBR.TO some time ago there was almost an immediate trade and very large trade to balance the two markets.
