My view of the Romarco situation (a higher SP than may be warranted) is that the head of the company is well-connected to the financial world. As part of the "family" she obviously has some sway in getting funds directed to her stock from her brothas and sistas.

Romarco is rather un-Romarco-ble in my view, but nonetheless has been able to grow the SP via good connections.

DW's strategy is much different and I believe he wants the SP to appreciate based on facts and progress, as opposed to connections and hype. (I could stand a little bit more hype/publicity for Tyhee)

If Romarco stumbles I believe the air will come out of the balloon quickly.
