As one of Tyhee's Hub Leaders, the issue of "substantiation" is very important to me.

In that regard, my friend's email addressed some of my greatest concerns about this Forum being able to reach and maintain the highest standards of any other of the Tyhee forums out there now.

Here, paraphrased is what he wrote me last night:

"Skeleg, has been talking about JV for the last few weeks. Every new post from him is adding more and more specific information.

At first it was a possible JV. Now: today and for the 2nd or 3rd time he is giving us a more precise picture with again and again the 10-12% target.

My question is very simple: Does Skeleg know something, WE regular shareholders, are not privileged to know or is it just speculation (wishful thinking?) on his part?

If it the the former please ask him who gave him the information. If it is the latter: Please stop him from spreading it every other day or ask Agoracom to remove all his posts where the word JV is included.

This is the way rumors are spread and this is against Canadian laws and regulations."

A footnote to his email is that my friend notified me this morning to say that Dave Webb said there are no JV talks going on as of April 3. 2010.
